Banquet room. Solitude has amazing ski terrain if you are looking to miss the crowds and enjoy powder for days! We also rented snow shoes one day and had an amazing hike from the Nordic center back to the resort. It seems they know your only alternative is to leave the canyon every time you want to eat--which is exactly what we did after the first day.
